Shoping Malls in Bogotá

Bogotá, Colombia’s capital city, has a complex variety of shopping malls throughout the city. Due to the quantity of quality malls, Colombians as well as tourists have the opportunity to have a very good mall at a “walking distance” from their houses or hotels. Here is a brief description of the principal shopping malls divided into zones.  

South

PLAZA OF THE AMERICAS
Transv. 71D No. 26-94 Sur
Together with World Adventure Park, it is the most important commercial activity and entertainment pole to the southwest of Bogotá. It is divided into five zones and 245 stores offering a varied range of leather goods and shoes, informal and formal clothes, electric appliances, gifts and varieties, department stores and good varied gastronomic offer. It has five squares and twelve movie theaters.

West

SALITRE PLAZA MALL
Carrera 68B No. 40-39
It is located in front of Maloka, in Ciudad Salitre sector. It has 286 stores housing department stores, boutiques, perfume, jewels, shoes and all ages clothing stores. The third floor provides entertainment facilities, movie theaters and amusement centers, restaurants and fast food establishments.

METROPOLIS MALL
Avenida (Cr 68) No. 75A-50
Commercial center with 136 shops. Outstanding mini-park with children attractions, department stores, children articles, stores specialized in office supplies, movie theatres, café plazas, food establishments, clothing and jewelry stores.

North

GRANAHORRAR MALL
Avenida Chile (Cl 72) No.10-34
Total 150 stores with outstanding gift sops, clothing stores and children attractions. Have a Telecom office, movie theatres and Internet navigation center. It offers vehicle-washing service to clients and visitors.

ANDINO MALL

200 large stores offering exclusive informal and dressing national and foreign brand clothing, leather and shoes stores, music shops, prestigious jewelries, a food sector and cinema-bar.

 ATLANTIS MALL
Calle 81 Carrera 14
Large elegant stores, a food section in the last floor and movie theatres. Hard Rock Café is located in the first floor. The entire structure converges into a square destined for café, desserts and ice cream.

 ISERRA 100 MALL

Includes 135 establishments grouped by specialty in five areas: commercial area including department store by the same name, several record stores, clothing and jewelry stores. The recreation area has a child park, skating track and gambling, the food square lodges 22 restaurants. Banking service area.

HACIENDA SANTA BÁRBARA MALL

Mall including over 320 stores. Outstanding for artisan work offer and the presence of prestigious jewelry and silverware stores. Has establishment specialized in office supplies and money exchange houses, crystal stores and chocolate shops. The round food plaza offers great gastronomic variety.

 UNICENTRO MALL
Avenida 15 and Calle 127
Includes 305 shops housing department stores, financial entities, movie theatres, children and adults amusement parks, travel agencies and restaurants. Most outstanding are clothing and accessories stores, leather goods, art galleries, music stores and photography shops. Large set of movie theatres and gambling rooms available.

 BULEVAR NIZA MALL

Over 300 commercial establishments, including clothing stores, record shops, art and decoration stores, mechanical attractions and bank services, movie theatres, casino, events room, foods area and “teatrino” entertainment.
